Rob Collins joins the team at the financial services group.
Rob Collins has joined the Eightfold Financial Services Group to expand its offering in the real estate debt advisory and specialist property finance sectors.
Collins has worked in property finance for over 25 years and has held positions in New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
He initially started on the lender side of the market, but since 2006 has worked on the broker / debt advisory side of the market.
Having recently returned to New Zealand, Collins said he was happy to have partnered with Eightfold which is a well-established company.
"Though clients may typically deal with one point of contact I know from my own experiences that the best debt advisory firms have a collaborative team ethos and pooled knowledge provides the best client outcomes. I am looking forward to contributing towards that and structuring some great transactions for our property developer and property investor clients."
