NZVCA elects new chairman
Direct Capital director CFO takes top spot.
The New Zealand Private Equity and Venture Capital Association has elected Direct Capital director and chief financial officer Andrew Frankham as its new chairman.
Mr Frankham succeeds Matt Riley, the executive director of Waterman Capital.
Mr Frankham has been with Direct Capital since January 2010, overseeing investment structuring, financial reporting, tax and compliance and investor relations. Before that he was group finance manager for an Auckland private equity expansion investor.
David Bell, chief financial officer of Oriens Capital, has been re-elected as treasurer.
