Partners Life has announced the appointment of Debbie Eyre as chief operating officer (COO), effective February 2026. Eyre brings more than 25 years of executive leadership in banking, investments, and insurance, with a reputation for inspiring teams, driving transformation, and delivering sustainable growth in complex environments.
At Chubb Life and Cigna, Eyre transformed operating models, modernised technology platforms, and delivered significant improvements in customer and employee satisfaction. She is renowned for her strategic thinking, resilience, and ability to inspire teams to embrace innovation and deliver exceptional value.
