Plexure Group Ltd is pleased to announce two new members have joined its executive leadership team, marking another phase of growth for the business.
Following the market announcement on July 5, of the appointment of André Gaylard as chief financial officer, the company has announced he commenced his role on September 1.
Gaylard brings a wealth of strategic, senior financial and commercial experience. He spent a decade as CFO for a number of listed companies in New Zealand and comes to Plexure from his most recent role as general manager future generation at Genesis Energy, where he spearheaded Genesis’s path towards a renewable future.
Gaylard has worked in a diverse range of industries – spanning financial services, FMCG, oil and gas and energy – both in New Zealand and internationally. His experience in strategy development and execution, alongside commercial negotiations, has made him a valuable addition to Plexure, where he will oversee all financial actions for the dual-listed company.
Plexure also welcomes Russ Bennett as chief technology officer; he joins the team following his previous role as CEO at Fraedom, where he oversaw more than 450 staff and led the company’s global business strategies. Prior to becoming CEO, he was the CTO and head of global consulting during Fraedom’s significant growth period.
Bennett has more than 20-years’ experience in the technology, payments and fintech space, credentials that make him an ideal fit to assist Plexure power its future growth strategy. Bennett starts as CTO from today, September 6.
