Simpson Grierson has appointed Nick Wilson as its newest partner.
Mr Wilson is a specialist in commercial property, infrastructure, and local government property law, advising commercial, local government and public sector clients.
Mr Wilson joined Simpson Grierson in 2010 after returning from the UK, where he spent two years working for SNR Denton in London.
Based in Simpson Grierson’s Auckland commercial property group, Mr Wilson has expertise in acquisitions and disposals, subdivision and development, utility arrangements, Overseas Investment Act applications, Public Works Act acquisitions and compensation.
Mr Wilson’s appointment follows the addition of new partner Catherine Shirley-Brown to Simpson Grierson’s Wellington commercial team at the end of 2018.
