Damien Fischer begins his role on July 1, 2020
Syft Technologies Ltd (Syft) has announced the appointment of Damien Fischer to the newly created role of VP sales, US. Fischer’s appointment is effective from July 1, 2020.
Fischer joins Syft from Agilent Technologies (NYSE:A), an NYSE-listed global leader in life sciences, diagnostics, and applied chemical markets
Syft managing director Doug Hastie said Fischer, “brings a wealth of knowledge with him from Agilent, and will be taking the lead for expanding Syft’s activities in the US. He has most recently worked with Agilent’s mergers and acquisitions team as a sales project manager.
“In his 15 years at Agilent, Damien has been deeply involved in advancing that company’s chromatography and mass spectrometry activities. His knowledge and experience will add immensely to Syft’s capability,” Hastie said.
Fischer is a BSc graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
He will report directly to Syft’s managing director and is based in the Los Angeles area.
