Experienced NZ businessman to join oOh!media Ltd.
oOh!media announced today, at its 2019 AGM in Sydney, the appointment of leading New Zealand businessman, Timothy Miles, as an independent non-executive director to the media company .
Based in Auckland, Mr Miles, has extensive public company experience including currently as a non-executive director of New Zealand listed Genesis, Nyriad, UDC finance and is chair of the Gut Cancer Foundation.
He has previously held various senior leadership roles including as chief executive of Spark Digital, managing director of listed agricultural services group PGG Wrightson, chief executive of Vodafone New Zealand and of Vodafone UK.
Miles has also held senior roles at IBM, Data General Corporation and Unisys Corporation and will bring to oOh! insights into technology, sales and marketing.
