JLL welcomes Louise Urban to her new role in Christchurch’s Markets division where she will focus on office leasing within the CBD precincts.
Louise migrated to New Zealand in 2007 from South Africa where she was previously employed as a Sales Agent for MRCB, a leading property and infrastructure developer. In this role Louise specialised in selling real estate on a Jack Nicklaus golf course development and was involved with both international and local clients including many South African sporting legends.
Louise entered the real estate industry at a young age and has since developed a strong eye for detail and an in depth understanding of the property industry. Louise brings a strong work ethic to the JLL team and is committed to providing a high level of service to all of her clients and ensuring the right property is found to meet their individual needs.
