Copyright holders win latest bout in licensing war

The Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of copyright holders in a scrap over negotiating power.
The test case, which affects how businesses negotiate with copyright agents, pitted a band of universities against not-for-profit organisation Copyright Licensing NZ.
