Council loses big on Carisbrook sale

Dunedin’s Carisbrook sports ground has been bought from Dunedin City Council by construction company Calder Stewart.

Under the terms of the sale and purchase agreement, Calder Stewart will pay $3.5 million for Carisbrook.
