More than $3 million was spent ahead of trial.
The cost to the Crown of defending the kiwifruit growers’ claim against the government for the introduction of PSA-V has come in at more than $3 million so far, an Official Information Act request reveals.
And it’s anticipated another million dollars will be spent as the trial continues.
