Court action over NZF Money asset sale

Receivers of failed lender NZF Money have revealed they took court action over an asset sale to NZF Group which was allegedly lower than market value.

As NZF Group reported to the stock exchange on Tuesday, an interim court order has frozen NZF Group's assets.
