The New Zealand Law Society made an unexpected last-minute bid in Wellington High Court today to amend a conflict of interest charge against lawyer Donna Hall.
Ms Hall has appealed against a finding of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal there was a prima facie conflict case
