Following a mostly quiet week in the courts, NBR court reporter Hamish McNicol discusses an FMA information request and provides an update on Bridgecorp fraudster Rod Petricevic’s parole.
In NBR’s print edition today, Mr McNicol reveals the Financial Markets Authority has requested information from, and is in dialogue with, Ross Asset Management’s former bank, ANZ.
But it says it is not an investigation, although declines to provide any more context or detail about its request for information.
Mr McNicol provides an update to former Bridgecorp boss Rod Petricevic’s parole decision, after questions were raised about a psychologist’s report in last week’s court report.
