Court rules on Bob Jones' tax appeal

The Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of Wellington property magnate Sir Robert Jones over a tax liability overpayment.

His former accountants WHK New Zealand and predecessors Sherwin Chan and Walshe (SCW) appealed an earlier High Court decision over the tax liability.
