Davenports Harbour welcomes two new solicitors to the team.
Linley Hawkes has joined us as an associate in our property team. She specialises in commercial property advising on the sale and purchase of property, negotiating and preparing agreements, undertaking due diligence investigations and advising on all aspects of commercial leases for both landlord and tenant clients. She also has a broad range of experience with cross leases, unit titles, subdivisions, financing, lending and securities.
Anna Guise has joined us as a solicitor in the commercial team. Ms Guise graduated with a double degree (LLB, BA) from the University of Otago and was admitted in February 2017. She has assisted on a wide range of commercial transactions and regularly advises on various commercial, corporate secretarial and compliance matters.
