Litmaps closes Series A round, purchases US rival

The AI-powered research discovery platform has boosted its global user base to over two million.

Wellington-based Litmaps has closed a $1 million raise that funded the purchase of US rival research tool ResearchRabbit.

The round was led by UK-based Scholarly Angels, which incubates and invests in scholarly startups worldwide, and put in $600,000. It also included existing investors Icehouse
