Tectrax, Zerojet to merge as electric powerhouse

Marine tech companies will go faster together, says venture capital backer Movac.

Marine technology companies Tectrax and ZeroJet are to merge in a deal combining investments held by venture capital firm Movac’s Fund V.

Both Auckland-based companies specialise in electric systems – Tectrax for amphibious boats and ZeroJet for propulsion.
