Developer criticised again as Lepionka wins latest court battle

Judge queries behaviour of bankrupt Garth Paterson; questions emerge over Official Assignee's role.

The Official Assignee agency is reviewing a court decision criticising the actions of bankrupt developer Garth Paterson in his latest legal skirmish with Stefan Lepionka but says it can't ensure bankrupts don't ever breach their obligations.
