Developer's BOSI debts sold at big discounts

The $400 million Bank of Scotland (BOSI) debt on Nigel McKenna’s Kawarau Falls project has been acquired by Singapore-based Quilington pte.

Quilington reportedly paid $200 million to take over the debt on the Queenstown Hilton and Kawarau Hotel. The fund also acquired the BOSI debts over 75
