DFK Oswin Griffiths Carlton proudly annouces the promotion of new partners.
The Partners at DFK Oswin Griffiths Carlton, Auckland are excited to announce that they have promoted Anit Patel, Nikki Gower and Steve Darnley to the position of Partner. The trio step into their new roles from 1 October 2015.
Anit and Nikki will strengthen the Business Advisory Services team specialising in advisory services for small-to-medium sized enterprises.
Anit joined the firm in August 2013 and has a wide range of expertise including company restructuring, business valuations, due diligence, solvent liquidations and property transactions.
Nikki has been with the firm since 2011 and has extensive experience in business services including financial advisory, taxation and management accounting.
Steve will head the Tax division. He has worked for Big Four and mid-tier chartered accountancy firms and has a wealth of experience providing corporate tax, GST and transfer pricing advice to businesses across numerous industries and business models, both nationally and internationally. Originally from the UK, he has been with the firm since July 2014.
