DLA Piper NZ is delighted to announce that the following people have been promoted effective from 1 July 2015.
Nicole MacFarlane has been promoted to Special Counsel in our Financial Services team. Nicole has significant experience advising clients in the financial services and funds management sector. In recent times, she has been extensively involved in advising clients on compliance with, and the implementation of, the Financial Markets Conduct Act.
In addition to her experience in private practice, Nicole has spent a number of years in a range of senior in-house roles.
