A US forfeiture ruling had left the ownership of millions of dollars of assets, including a house and luxury cars, uncertain.
Kim Dotcom has successfully halted the Crown from taking over millions of dollars worth of assets, despite a US Federal District Court forfeiture ruling.
In April, a High Court judge ruled Kim Dotcom could get some frozen bonds back for living expenses and legal costs.
