The new owners of NZ Farming Systems Uruguay (NZS) have flexed their muscles and forced independent chairman John Parker aside in favour of their own man.
In an announcement to the NZX, Vivek Verma, an appointment of 78% owners Olam International, was appointed as the new chairman.
