Helen Scott is a new associate at Duncan Cotterill. Specialising in corporate and commercial law, she acts for a wide range of clients on finance and banking transactions, asset and share acquisitions and disposals, corporate governance and structure issues.
Helen is a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and regularly presents seminars on various finance and banking issues including compliance under the Financial Advisers, Financial Service Providers and Anti-Money Laundering regimes.
