Four years later, vendor refuses to sell.

More than four years after starting negotiations to sell, an Auckland businesswoman has been refused an appeal over a ruling that she must sell a $5 million lifestyle block.

Guirong Wen went to the Supreme Court last month to appeal a decision which said she must go through with the $5.28
