First Sentier exits energy networks in double transaction

New Zealand gas and electricity network assets owned by Australian asset manager First Sentier Investors have been sold to separate buyers in a double transaction announced this afternoon.

The deals involve the sale of East Coast electricity lines company Firstlight to Australian-owned electricity
