Frank & The Knowledge Hunters are delighted to announce the appointment of Ruth Clavis as consulting partner with effect from June 14.
Ms Clavis states “After two years as sales and marketing manager with The Learning Wave, I have decided it is time to return to executive search. This has been motivated primarily by the opportunity to join Frank & The Knowledge Hunters. The chance to be part of a team where there is a proven skill with hard to solve assignments, a market differentiation with their forensic research model, plus a culture of transparency with clients and candidates, was too exciting not to take up.”
Prior to joining The Learning Wave, Ms Clavis was a director and shareholder with K2 Consulting, a niche executive search business where she was a business owner and manager, following her role as general manager of recruitment firm Pohlen Kean Ltd.
In welcoming Ms Clavis to the company, founding partner Howard Ross says “Ruth is an accomplished commercial leader with significant experience in the appointment of senior executives.
