Failed finance company investors urged to slam errant trustees with class action suits

Trustee companies are “vulnerable” to a class action by investors in failed finance companies that have lost billions of dollars, according to an insolvency specialist.
About 50 finance companies have failed and a number of other financial investments have been frozen.
