Parties in a long-running lawsuit to recover funds for investors in Canterbury Mortgage Trust (CMT) have taken steps to settle out of court.
Some 5000 investors are awaiting the outcome of a lawsuit taken by the trustees of the failed trust against its former managers and auditor
