Wool Partners Co-Operative is to launch its much heralded prospectus this afternoon at 2pm.
The company, formerly incorporated as Wool Grower Investments earlier this year, is widely expected to be seeking about $60 million from sheep and beef farmers to provide working capital for Wool Partners International (WPI).
Currently Wool Grower Holdings and PGG Wrightson own WPI, a wool handling and marketing company chaired by former Telecom chief executive Theresa Gattung.
