Fernyhough sells Castle Hill to locals

Christine Fernyhough has sold her north Canterbury Castle Hill Station – but she isn’t saying how much she received.

She bought Castle Hill Station in 2004 for $2.4 million, in conjunction with the Conservation Department, which took over 8000ha of what had originally been an 11,000ha block.
