Businesswoman Diane Foreman has won a claim for damages against a French travel agency which failed to honour Rugby World Cup bookings at her boutique North Shore motel.

Mrs Foreman, whose wealth was calculated on last year's NBR Rich List to be $175 million, has been in Auckland High Court
