They acquired it from NBR Rich Lister and wine entrepreneur Peter Yealands.
The owners of Kaiuma Park Estate in the Marlborough Sounds are going ahead with the first stages of a 95-berth marina.
The Kaiuma subdivision was acquired a year ago by Wellington businessman Joseph Lupi and Marlborough businessman Lee Gilbert of Sounds Lifestyle Investments.
