Fletcher Building says its offer for Australian plumbing supplies and plastic pipelines maker Crane Group is unconditional, after waiving a 90% minimum acceptance condition together with all other outstanding conditions.
Yesterday Fletcher said it had a relevant interest in 36.26 percent of Crane shares, with another 20.5 percent of Crane shares the subject of acceptance, or similar instructions, held under an institutional acceptance facility.
This month Fletcher Building extended its offer for Crane by 14 days to March 25.
