Flintfox welcomes chief commercial officer from PwC

Flintfox International has announced a new addition to the team, Scott Kerse, as chief commercial officer.
Mr Kerse joins the Flintfox team from PwC, where his 32-year tenure includes ten years working as a corporate tax partner and seven years leading the private business team, specialising in advising businesses on strategy, business planning, financial management and taxation issues.
His skills and wealth of experience will add depth and experience to the leadership team as Flintfox continues its rapid expansion. Mr Kerse will be responsible for project governance, mergers and acquisition, corporate finance activities and support the development of strategic partnerships.
Mr Kerse, who will be based in the Auckland office, says “I have a real passion for technology business and the clients I’ve assisted include some of New Zealand’s most successful technology companies from a range of different industries, locations and life cycles. I look forward to hitting the ground running with Flintfox.”
