FMA, SFO, investigating investment manager to 'wealthy investors'

A man once described as an investment manager for “a number of wealthy investors” is being investigated by the Financial Markets Authority and Serious Fraud Office.
Paul Clifford Hibbs, of Christchurch, and his company Hansa, are being investigated, the FMA says.
