Forecasts for rising house prices as market hits low

The outlook for the housing market remains confused, with low sales numbers and falling prices but forecasts they will rise.

Mortgage insurer QBE LMI released research last week claiming house prices could rise 6% over the coming year.

The prediction comes at a time when prices are flat
