Former Hendo land to become affordable housing

A former property in Sydenham, Christchurch that was owned by now-bankrupt developer Dave Henderson will become the site of a city council-government affordable housing project.

The property is one of five controversial purchases in 2008 totalling nearly $18 million by the former city
