Security analyst Paul Buchanan has two takes on the inquiry into the the Kitteridge report leak.

"The inquiry into the leak could be considered a waste of taxpayer dollars in a witch hunt because what was leaked was going to be made public anyway in a couple of weeks," Dr Buchanan told NBR
