Gold exploration company Glass Earth Gold says it has closed the final tranches of a $C4 million ($NZ5.2 million) private placement.
The company today said it had completed the second and third tranches of the placement financing for gross proceeds of $C1,061,600.
Net proceeds from the $C4,066,490 raised would be used for mineral exploration and general working capital purposes.
