Google AdWords ambush: We didn't target Intercity, but we did hit on Kiwi Experience says Nakedbus

Nakedbus didn't deliberately target rival company Intercity in an online advertising campaign, chief executive Hamish Nuttall says.

But Mr Nuttall said in the Auckland High Court today his company did target another rival, Kiwi Experience, because its name was not trade marked.
