Groser out, Latin Americans vie for WTO leadership

Trade Minister Tim Groser has missed out in the run-off for the top post in the World Trade Organisation.

He and two other candidates were asked to stand down in favour of of Brazilian diplomat Roberto de Carvalho Azevedo and Mexico's former trade minister Herminio Blanco.
