Harcourts loses fewer agents, reports rising ‘written’ sales

Harcourts has lost fewer agents than the market average of around 25% over the past year, according to chief executive Hayden Duncan.

The agency’s newsletter this month also reports that productivity of agents has soared 37.5% per agent, raising the question whether this reflects efficiency
