Heartland signals share buyback

The annual result came in at the upper end of projections.

Heartland NZ [NZX: HNZ] is preparing to return capital to shareholders via a buyback.

Chief executive Jeff Greenslade signalled the likelihood a few weeks ago if the share price continued to trade below a level directors considered was intrinsic value.
