Creditors continue to pursue the elusive assets associated with bankrupt South Island developer Dave Henderson.

His Livingspace property at 96 Lichfield Street Christchurch was the subject of a mortgagee in possession notice today.

The notice was published by Canterbury Mortgage Trust
