The High Court has granted struck-off lawyer Barry Hart a stay of an ANZ bank move to sell his home.
Mr Hart, granted a stay until December 13, is fighting a High Court order made earlier this month for vacant possession of his 72ha Waimauku property, where he lives with his wife.
