High Court rules on Alan Galbraith's NZ Steel share sale call

The High Court has upheld the arbitration decision of Auckland QC Alan Galbraith – whose peers say should be a judge – on a Hong Kong company’s agreement to buy the shares in NZ Steel Mining.
