Hanover co-founder Mark Hotchin has made a successful bid to view more Financial Markets Authority files to equip him for his High Court trial.

In August his lawyer, Nathan Gedye QC, asked the High Court at Auckland for permission to see swathes of files from the regulator, which is pursuing
