Industry leader recruited as supply chain added to CBRE’s service offer

Commercial property agency CBRE has a new addition to its service offering in the form of Supply Chain Consulting for New Zealand and the broader Pacific Region.

The recent recruit is Christine Miller who has been appointed as a Senior Director in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services, Industrial & Logistics business.

She brings international experience in developing and implementing supply chain solutions from senior executive roles with XAct Solutions, Damco and Maersk Line.

The appointment is a natural extension to CBRE’s global Supply Chain practice group, which has existing operations in the USA and Europe.

Claus Brewer CBRE’s National Director for Industrial and Logistics in New Zealand said the firm was delighted to have someone of Ms Miller’s calibre join CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions Services team.

Ms Miller was most recently Director, International Supply Chain & Major Infrastructure, for XAct Solutions. Prior to this she served in a number of senior executive roles for Damco, including Chief Operations Officer, Asia Pacific and Global Head of Business Change Management. Before joining Damco, Ms Miller held the position of General Manager, Global Sales for Maersk Line.

In her new role, Ms Miller will operate throughout the company’s extensive office network across Australia & New Zealand while being based out of CBRE’s Western Sydney office in Parramatta.
